Description
The QE AWS account has run out of S3 buckets (hit the cap of 100) - this seems to be because of various test buckets not being deleted - has something changed in deletes3bucket?

This is breaking various tests, and I imagine will have impact outside of Operator QE as well.
I have deleted the Operator s3 test buckets through a script for now. As you have pointed out, something would have changed in the deleteS3bucket, will fix it next.
The bucket count has come down to 50, which should unblock you. Please let me know if otherwise.
