Run TPCC workload on K8S cluster

This jenkins job uses four nodes to set up tpcc and run the work load on the cluster - please try to run this job on k8s cluster - follow the same steps as testrunner sanity:

1. Bring up cb cluster on top of K8S
2. Suspend operator
3. Run the script in this job

This will be a good backup option for system testing - if the exiting script works fine, then we cn enhance it by introducing cluster ops
