Description
With support for multiple root CA's in 7.1, certificates no longer need to be explicitly supplied for LDAP and instead can be placed inside the rootCAs array.
Need to update the DAC so if the server version is high enough, the explicit certificate isn't required.
QE Scope: Review of E2E tests. No additional ticket.
