Minor Description
Create a 3 node CB cluster running 7.1.0-2549 through Operator 2.3.0 latest build.
All nodes come up successfully.
Check Operator logs after 1-2 minutes, we get non-stop update event of TLS secret in it:

We can perform all operations whenever required, but once reconciliation is complete and cluster is back to the idle state, these messages start coming up.
