Operator Restore description is misleading

The restore specs here https://docs.couchbase.com/operator/current/resource/couchbasebackuprestore.html#couchbasebackuprestores-spec-end 

states:

 Omitting this field will only restore the backup referenced by start. 

However this is not correct as the restore requries both start and end per CBSE-12060

This error will appear if no end is specified

ERROR Stdout: b'Error restoring cluster: --start and --end must be supplied together\n'

We should fix the doc for better consistency.

Likewise, the same needs to be applied for the example given here https://docs.couchbase.com/operator/current/howto-backup.html#additional-restore-options
