    Description

      Currently, operator looks up for all(operator managed/created and others) remoteClusters where it cannot find any reference in it's store for the non managed remote clusters and errors out as described in CBSE-13138.

      A probable solution is to ignore the ones NOT added via operator and discard them at the outset and all possible future reconciles.
