    Description

      Currently the test framework uses: autoscaling/v2beta2 HorizontalPodAutoscaler

      This method is depreciated in kubernetes v1.23+ and will become unavailable in v1.26+

      Update the framework to use autoscaling/v2 HorizontalPodAutoscaler to avoid issues in the future.
