Identify e2e tests that need to be updated to not rely on pod name

Identify all testing harnesses/tests that rely upon the names of pods and identify how we would fix each one.   Put as comment to this test.

we can't implement something that reclaims unused names, if our tests rely on the incremental nature of our current naming scheme.

Does this raise issues? how do we handle reporting? looking at logs is this cb-example-0000 the initial member or cb-example-0000 the resurrected?

Should we instead overhaul and rely purely on generated names?
