    Description

      Right now when DNS resolution of an external DNS hostname fails, we aren't clear what we are doing, which is:

      1) Not adding it as an alternate address to Couchbase Server

      2) Breaking reconcile loop to try again in the next loop (DNS Propogation can take a while to complete)
