Event timeouts not working as expected

    Description

      Current events are not timing out as expected.

      For example, below code should be timeout after 20 sec.But it typically takes around 5-7 mins to come out of the loop in case of failure due to TLS certificate related issues.

      event := e2eutil. NewMemberAddEvent(testCouchbase, 3)
      		 
      err = e2eutil.WaitForClusterEvent(f.KubeClient, testCouchbase, event, 60)
