    Description

      There are a mixture of different labelling styles in use in the Operator metrics.

      Some use {name="NAME",namespace="NAMESPACE"}, and some use {name="NAMESPACE/NAME"}.

      If possible we should use the former for all of them, splitting out the namespace.
