Major Description
Operator logs from version 2.3 onwards are filled with duplicate 'Reconcile completed' messages, approximately every 20 seconds:

These don't appear to give any useful information, clog up the logs, and are viewed by at least one customer as a bug.
Can we look into suppressing these?
