    Description

      See CBSE-15918 that specifies the route being used to resolve/connect to the external hostname.

      Currently, we resolve the DNS, then we attempt to make a connection on the resolved IP address for 10 minutes (retrying every second) and after that, we will log out a timeout with the ip address.

      This lacks a joining information from the dns -> ip address that failed. We also don't have any diagnostics on the attempted route taken, which can be blocked by thing such as the exposedFeatureServiceTemplate via loadBalancerSourceRanges
