    Description

      As a follow-up to K8S-3324, we should revisit the technicalLowerBound value in all currently-maintained releases.

      We know that in most cases there will be an API change that limits the minimum Kubernetes version, and it would be useful to have that correctly set to prevent anyone tripping themselves up by trying to run on too old a platform, but at the same time allowing them to run on older versions if they choose (for example if they are in the process of upgrading).
