DeltaRecovery rebalances can fail, We have to revert recovery type to full when they fail

    Description

      Unfortunately, if a node is set as a DeltaRecovery recovery type, and the subsequent rebalance fails, we must reset the recovery type to Full and attempt to rebalance again.

      1) Wait until pods are fully in cluster, before continuing upgrade (Ping /pools/defaults of the pod)
      2) If rebalance fails -> Retry
      3) If we get deltaRecoveryNotPossible response, Change all non clustered pods recoveryType to Full and Rebalance
