Number of Reconnect attempts between Kafka Connector and Couchbase Server to be configurable

    Description

      Make max number of connection attempts between Kafka Connector and Couchbase Server to be configurable to let connect pipeline fail after certain period of time if Couchbase Service is not available.

       

      Querying Connector status after the max retried has reached should return back the status as FAILED

      for example the REST api for Kafka connector in Confluent should return back the  appropriate status.
