In 3.x this property was called "couchbase.flow_control_buffer"
4.0.0-dp.1 expects "couchbase.flow.control.buffer.size", but the migration script doesn't rename this property.
Change 4.0 to expect "couchbase.flow.control.buffer", and update the migration script and guide
