Update Couchbase Java SDK from 3.0.6 to 3.0.9

Description

Issues affecting Kafka connector:

https://couchbasecloud.atlassian.net/browse/JVMCBC-805#icft=JVMCBC-805: The client now handles bootstrapping against nodes much better which do not have the data service enabled (in an MDS setup).

^--- impact is that connector bootstraps more quickly when using custom ports

https://couchbasecloud.atlassian.net/browse/JCBC-1666#icft=JCBC-1666: Made bucket.scope("_default").collection("_default") behave just like bucket.defaultCollection(). AsyncScope.collection() now no longer refreshes collection map for default collection.

^--- impact is that there are fewer warnings in the logs about being able to fetch collection information when connection to Couchbase Server versions earlier than 7.0
