    Description

      Support  we would like are the following 2 artifacts for each user visible feature:
      1. The Feature Overview - what it is, why customers need it, how they use it, links to documentation etc.
      2. The Practitioners Guide - How to enable / disable it / how to validate it’s working / what to capture and actions to perform if it’s not working.

      Per David H, 
      The target audience is the lone support engineer on a Sunday afternoon who takes the support case and may never have handled this technical area previously. That individual needs to know the following three things:
       
      1. (High-level) - what is the feature and how customers use it?
      2. How can they verify the feature is being used and working correctly?
      3. If it’s not working correctly, what are the next steps (information to capture, debug steps to try, escalation contacts).
