Use absolute path to the config file on the command line

When memcached is started it ns_server provides it with a relative path to the configuration file. This works perfecty well, but makes it a bit harder for users who want to take a look at the configuration file (they can't simply copy and paste, but have to figure out the working directory of memcached during startup).
