curr_items, vb_active_curr_items stats don't have expected values while data is replicated on the destination cluster

[Test Steps]
1. Setup SRC and DEST clusters with buckets default, and 1 standard_bucket. Autocompaction of the bucket is true.
2. Setup Bi-directional CAPI XDCR on both the buckets.
3. Upload 10000 items on each clusters.
4. Perform 30% updates and deletes on each cluster.
5. Create deleted items again.
6. Perform Step-4 and 5 , three times to increase revision id.
7. Verify items, each side must have 14000 items. But there were 12947 items on standard_bucket_1

Test is failed while checking the curr_items on Source node's bucket.
