Build: request to create temporary commit validation job

Hi Build-Team,

would it be possible to create a temproary commit validation job that
runs on the couchdb master branch (a clone of couchdb-gerrit-300 [1]).
Instead of checking out github.com/couchbase/build, it should check out
github.com/vmx/build This way I could play around a bit. I'd like to try
to make the build times faster.
