incr in moxi produces assertion in memcached

on my dev box, osx...

• start ns_server (start_shell.sh), which should start memcached & moxi

• telnet localhost 11211 (moxi)

• set a 0 0 1
  1

• incr a 1

You'll see this message from ns_server and things are weird after this point...

More info...

• telnet directly in to memcached 11210 and doing ascii incr against memcached seems to work.

• moxi is using binary protocol against memcached.
