"Create dev. view" dialog doesn't disappear when pressing "esc" after "Creating more than 10 views" warning

    Description

      Steps:
      1. Create 10 views.
      2. Add 1 more view.
      3. Observe "Creating more than 10 views per design document may decrease performance. Please, confirm." dialog.
      4. Instead of clicking "Cancel" press "esc" button.
