    Description

      Clean install couchbase server 3.0.0 from https://www.copy.com/s/MUxbEKExGIaa/couchbase-server-enterprise-0.0.0-1359.setup.exe as show in bug MB-11131
      when run ./testrunner -i fournode.ini get-cbcollect-info=True -t view.viewquerytests.ViewQueryTests.test_employee_dataset_all_queries,limit=1000,docs-per-day=2,wait_persistence=true
      the test failed and node 172.23.105.179 down after that.
      Check node, see couchbase server was running but UI did not up
      Try to restart couchbase server, couchbase server was running UI was still down
      Try to reboot the server, couchbase server is running but UI is still down. Live node available at 172.23.105.179 with login Administrator

      This down node made all the tests after this test failed
