1. Create 3 nodes cluster (10.6.2.144,145, 146)
2. Create 1 default bucket
3. Add ~ 200 K items to bucket and create view and indexes
4. Run Swap Rebalance (1 node in 10.6.2.147, 1 node out 10.6.2.146) with mutations and keep querying views

Step 4 fails with rebalance stuck
