Documents list breaks with documents that have empty values

I realize it's an odd test, but it may show some other vulnerabilities that we want to address.

If you set a key with a null value (still a valid key) the Document List for that bucket does not show that key.

You can create such key with:
echo -n | cbc create test -b <bucket_name>
