    Description

There must be a mechanism for providing configuration information to a NorthScale Server by placing a configuration file on a specified disk location. The presence of this file will indicate to NorthScale Server that the initial configuration wizard should not be run, but that information in the file should be used to complete initial configuration. Thus the user must be able to, for example, run our windows installer, and then copy a file over to the Server. The file copy should allow the user to accomplish exactly the same set of outcomes possible through interacting with the web initial configuration wizard.

      Steps:
      1. install
      2. search NorthScale dir for a config file which matches this description

      ACTUAL RESULT:
      Cannot find a config file
