Configure Server 1 of 3 - screen needs clean up

Font sizes wrong, spacing wrong, alignments wrong - see DXM document. There should be no Edit button on this screen.

For Beta 1:

1. Gray out the Add buttons
2. You should be able to set the memory quota with an edit box (per DXM)
3. Solid State Storage should say None Configured (capitalized)
4. Disk Storage should look like screen 4 in the PDF document we sent around today: Should have the Edit boxes with the RAM quota filled in, with a complete path to the storage location (not ./data, but /opt/...). Neither should be editable but they should be positioned like they are in slide 4 and sort of grayed out - looking uneditable. Same treatment should be applied to the license key.
5. Delete should not appear underneath the storage path.
