Configure Server 2 of 3 - screen needs clean up

The edit fields should be on this screen to join a cluster - they are grayed out until the radio button for "Join a Cluster" is selected. You should not have a pop-up dialog box.

The radio buttons are not acting like radio buttons. The minute you select one, it is as though you pressed a button ... an action happens.

The join a cluster fields should be:

1. IP Address
2. Username
3. Password

The IP address will default to port 8080, but putting :8080 in the IP address will work.
