Rebalance In on cluster with views, fails with error badmatch .. Partition 252 not in active nor passive set

• Setup 2 node cluster
• Load 1 M items
• Rebalance in 1 Node, with front end load of 8k ops/sec (80:20 get:sets)

Rebalance fails with uexpected exit with certain partitions not being in active/passive state ..
