[cache metadata] No indication on main UI of bucket's metadata setting / impossible for RO user to see

Once a bucket has been created, there is no indication of it's "Cache metadata" setting on the "Data Buckets" page (see attached screenshot)

We show replica counts, Access control, compaction etc and so it would be very helpful to users to see what the metadata caching setting of their buckets are in the list.

Note while the user could click "Edit" and see what the setting is, but this only works for the Admin user - the read-only user cannot see the metadata setting at all.
