    Description

      1. Create 2 buckets, 1 ddoc,2 Views each
      2. Load 120M, 113M items on respective buckets, dgm 70%
      3. Wait for initial indexing to complete
      4. Rebalance In 1 node - Rebalance is stuck at about 0%
