Indexing progress statistic goes backwards

    Description

      The "one node slow" issue also leads to indexing going backwards. What I mean with it is that the progress decreases. Either the indexing is wrong or the stats are wrong. Here's an example from a leto run [1].

      [07/Aug/2014 00:18:30] INFO - indexer: 82%, bucket: bucket-1, ddoc: _design/A
      [07/Aug/2014 00:18:32] INFO - indexer: 74%, bucket: bucket-1, ddoc: _design/A
