rza failed to enable when upgrade from CE to EE in build 3.0.0-1134

    Description

      Install couchbase server CE 3.0.0-1134 on 3 nodes
      Install couchbase server EE 3.0.0-1134 at another node.
      Do swap rebalance add a EE node to cluster and remove a CE node out of cluster.
      Continue to swap until all nodes in cluster upgraded to EE.
      RZA was not enable when all nodes became EE.
