Install couchbase server 2.0.0 on 2 nodes 130 and 131
Create a cluster with 2 nodes
Create default bucket and load 1000 items into bucket
Install couchbase server 3.0.0-1139 on 2 nodes 132 and 133
Add nodes 132 and 133 to 2.0.0 cluster.
Remove node 130 and 131 out of 2.0.0 cluster (swap rebalance)
Rebalance to upgrade cluster from 2.0.0 to 3.0.0-1139
Rebalance failed at the end of rebalance with error

DCP upgrade exited with reason {badmatch,{error,no_stats_for_this_vbucket}}
