cbtransfer on CentOS 5.8(with python2.4 by default): error: could not import ctypes module

according to http://python.net/crew/theller/ctypes/ ctypes was included only python2.5
"ctypes is an advanced ffi (Foreign Function Interface) package for Python 2.3 and higher. In Python 2.5 it is already included."
