    Description

      For Linux/OS X jemalloc will be used with the explicit defragmenter task. For other platforms (i.e. Windows) we will continue to use TCMalloc, but to improve memory issues enable TCMalloc's aggressive_decommit mode.

      Enable this setting by default, and make it possible for it to be en/disabled dynamically (if possible).
