    Description

      If you look at, for example, MB-1261, you'll see that rebalance sometimes fails due to problems that are really beyond our control, like timing out trying to update your config. Right now, all we do is log something to ns_log and keep the rebalance button active. A message really needs to show up on the screen as well.
