couchbase-cli setting-alert port setting doesn't working properly

    Description

      --email-port= the port setting doesn't appear to update (it remains the same). Its not working in couchbase-cli but its working from couchbase UI

      /opt/couchbase/bin/couchbase-cli setting-alert -c localhost:8091 -u ops -p password --enable-email-alert=1 --email-port=123 --email-recipients=josh.muenster@nike.com --email-sender=josh.muenster@nike.com --email-user=josh --email-password=basspice --email-host=email-smtp.us-west-2.amazonaws.com --enable-email-encrypt=1
      SUCCESS: set alert settings

      [root@localhost ~]# /opt/couchbase/bin/couchbase-cli setting-alert -c localhost:8091 -u ops -p password --email-port=23
      ERROR: unable to set alert settings (400) Bad Request
