Memory usage by memcached never drop

    Description

      We've noticed that the memory used by memcached never drop even if we have deleted all the buckets in the cluster. We think it is because of tcmalloc's strategy. So, we rebuilt memcached using jemalloc instead of tcmalloc, the problem disappeared.
