HTTP 404: Object not found Exception during Create Index Call

1. Create 2 node cluster
2. Add default bucket with 2016 items
3. Create Index

Error received when creating index

I have seen this error and it comes intermittently. The logs were part of a test case but the actual scenario never ran. So can happen anytime.
