Maintain the linked list of commit headers in a ForestDB file to support the fast rollback and snapshot_open operations

The current rollback and snapshot_open APIs simply reverse scan the file until they find the commit header that corresponds to a sequence number passed to these APIs.

To make a reverse scan faster, we need to have each commit header maintain the offset to its previous commit header.
