Node 10.5.3.7 becomes unresponsive.
5. Try and access couchbase console on 10.5.3.7
6. RDC to 10.5.3.7, stop the couchbase server manually.
7. Check that there is process erl.exe is not stopped after couchbase stopped.
8. Kill erl.exe process and restart couchbase, server is up and running.
