server down right after install on rhel 5.4 32bit

    Description

      Install ns_server 1.6.0beta1-8 on rhel 5.4 32bit
      Right after install and initial setup, I see the server down on northscale web console page.

      I click on log link on the left. It takes a while to partial reload to servers page.

      After 2 minutes, it stops loading and server is still down.
      I open external brower on my computer. Enter http://10.1.3.135:8080/index.html in url and I got page "not found"
