adding server and rebalancing leaves UI in incorrect state - beta1-12

Installed on 10.1.4.28, completed setup wizard
Installed on 10.1.4.29, did not do wizard
From .28 UI used "Add Server" entering .29 credentials
Looks OK - the new server .29 showed up in pending rebalance
Hit rebalance
Never saw progress bars.
But both servers now in the active tab and none in rebalance
but see message:

Fail Over Warning: Your system is missing replicants until you rebalance.
