Add secondary indexing to the query tutorial

we need to add secondary indexing to the tutorial as well for both 'tutorial' bucket and 'jungleville' -

For tutorial, we should ensure there is a create index statement like this before the fname query (fname query looks like this (SELECT * FROM tutorial
WHERE fname = 'Ian')

CREATE PRIMARY INDEX ON tutorial USING GSI;

Logging this high priority to make sure we add these in for developer preview.
