admin server returns 500 failover/rebalance results in

Have 2 machines in cluster
Fail over one of the machines
It now is shown very grayed out and as "failed over" which is correct
It is also in "pending rebalance" which is also correct
Now press "rebalance"
The failed over machine now reappears as "up" and healthy, and is rebalanced away.
this is not correct.

The failed over machine should be completely shunned. The right behavior is that it should immediately disappear from the screen. There is no rebalance, per se. Particularly given that there is only one server left in the cluster

It also doesn't note that I am light on replicants.
