1. Create 5 node cluster (1: n1ql, kv 2: kv 3:kv 4: index 5: index)
2. Create default bucket with replicas = 2, 100K items
3. Create Primary index using views, wait till it comes online
4. Create 2 GSI index, wait till they come online
5. Hard failover 2 KV nodes
After hard failover, step 4 does not complete even after 10 mins.
