    Description

      Install couchbase server 2.5.1 on 3 nodes use non root way (couchbase user)
      Initialize node 195 on web UI and assign data path to /data (permission 777)
      Delete default bucket on node 195
      Install cb 2.5.1 on node 196 and 197 with non root method (couchbase user)
      When UI on node 196 and 197 is up. At node 195, add node 196 and 197 to node 195.
      Rebalance. OK
      Remove node 197 and rebalance. Rebalance failed.
      Error said
